Nathan Turner is owner and president of Earnest Inc. He started investing in the US real estate market in 2008. He started by creating notes and eventually evolved to buying performing and non performing notes well below market value. He has been involved in all facets of the note business over the years. One of Nathan's favorite things about the note business is helping struggling homeowners - either by modifying their loan, or making it disappear! 

After having been involved in the business for several years Nathan now works with accredited investors* to buy notes. He also is the host of the Diversified Mortgage Expo where everyone from newbies to experts come together to discuss, learn and have fun!
